Curt Viebranz has joined the Board of Advisors of the recently launched South Norwalk, Conn.-based
Inflection Point Media. Viebranz was an EVP at AOL and Platform A’s first President. Prior to that he was Chief Executive Officer of TACODA, Inc., the behavioral targeting company AOL acquired in August 2007. Viebranz joined TACODA as President & Chief Operating Officer in April 2004 after serving for three years as a Board member. Earlier in his career, Viebranz spent seventeen years at Time Warner and its predecessor company, Time Inc. holding numerous senior management positions with operating responsibility for major businesses both in the United States and abroad. He served as president of HBO International, the international arm of Time Warner's Home Box Office unit. Prior to that, he was the first president of Time Inc. Multimedia, the new media division of Time Inc., Time Warner's book and magazine publishing subsidiary. He also served as president of Time Inc. Europe and President of HBO Video, the home video distribution unit of Home Box Office. He joins the board along with John Durham and Mark Walsh.

Michael J. Durham has joined the board of New York-based Travel Ad Network (TAN).
Durham, who had been the non-executive Chairman of Hotwire until its sale to IAC, is currently the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Acxiom Corporation and also of Asbury Automotive Group. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cognizant Associates, Inc., a consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas, which he founded in 2000.
During the 20 years prior to forming Cognizant Associates, Mr. Durham served at various times as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sabre, Inc.; as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of AMR; and as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of American Airlines. He also held various other positions within the finance area at AMR. In addition to his role at Acxiom and Asbury, Mr. Durham currently serves as a Director and audit committee member of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. He also serves on the boards of directors or the boards of advisors of a number of private companies. Mr. Durham serves on the board of visitors of the University Medical Center in Dallas and is a member of the University of Rochester Honorary Trustees Alumni Council.
Other board members include, Habib Kairouz, Managing Partner at Rho Ventures; Doug McCormick, Rho Ventures Partner, former CEO of Lifetime Networks and Chairman and CEO of iVillage Inc.; Benjamin Wolin, the co-founder and CEO of Waterfront Media, the largest privately held online health company; TAN Founder and CEO Cree Lawson; Chairman Michael H. Thomas, online travel entrepreneur and investor since 1996; and TAN President COO Brian Silver, an online advertising veteran with experience at Didit Search Marketing, IAC Advertising Solutions, AskJeeves, iWon and MaxOnline.
